Hi, I am Ilse Rodewijk. Founder of The Technical Sales Company


During my time at Heerema Marine Contractors, I gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in the offshore energy industry. I had the privilege of working on exciting projects, including the building of the deepwater vessel Aegir in South Korea and the development and execution of new pipeline procedures offshore. Additionally, I had the opportunity to work in the offshore wind tender department where I played a key role in preparing and winning several offshore wind projects.

These experiences provided me with a strong understanding of the technical and commercial aspects of the industry, and allowed me to gain a deep appreciation for the challenges and complexities involved in executing large-scale projects.


As a Sales Manager at Beequip, I had the exciting opportunity to introduce a new product to the maritime market. While developing my sales skills, I was able to significantly expand my professional network. And experience first hand what the challenges are with introducing a new product to the maritime industry.

Currently, I partner with forward-thinking companies, turning their ambitious concepts into concrete achievements. My methodology encompasses an external perspective, extensive expertise in the offshore and maritime industry, a well-connected network, and a sharp, innovative mindset. Through this, I am able to effect a meaningful and lasting impact on the industry.
